What CareerSI is

CareerSI is a service from Futurize Now Consulting, Wyoming, USA, that helps you find your next job and grow into it: reading your material, drawing the big picture, and standing beside you through the search. It is guidance, not a guarantee. Decisions about your career, and what you send to employers, are yours. By using CareerSI you agree to these terms and to our privacy page.

Who can use it

You must be 16 or over. You sign in with an emailed link or code, a password you set, or a Google or Microsoft account. Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you can end it at any time from Settings.

Your material

Everything you upload, paste, or bring from a drive stays yours. You give us permission to read it and work from it so we can serve you, and only for that. Do not hand us material you have no right to share.

What the AI writes

Much of what CareerSI gives you is written by AI from your material: tailored résumés, cover letters, messages, interview answers, plans and research. AI can be wrong: it can misread, leave something out, or state something that is not so. Read everything before you use it. What you send is yours to check and yours to send.

We never send anything as you. Nothing goes to an employer, a recruiter or a contact from CareerSI in your name; you copy it and send it yourself. The emails we do send come from CareerSI and say so: your sign-in codes, your own notes and digests, and, if you use Help each other, a note to a matched member.

Plans and prices

• Free: $0, free
• Guide: $12 a month
• Coach: $29 a month
• Mentor: $49 a month

Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax: sales tax is added where it applies. What each plan includes is shown on the plans page before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Monthly allowances. Each plan gives a number of each thing a month (“2 of 5 left this month”). They start again every month, on your renewal date on a paid plan, and what is unused does not carry over. Some things, like reading a posting or weighing how well you fit it, are free on every plan.

Top-ups. A top-up is 100 credits for $9, bought once. Top-up credits never expire. When an allowance runs out, or a thing is not on your plan, credits pay for it at the price shown before you ask. Messages to Fan, our assistant, come only with a plan and are not paid for with credits.

Cancelling. Cancel any time from Settings. Your plan stays until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account moves to Free; nothing is charged after that. Choosing a plan again before then undoes the cancel. Deleting your account cancels any subscription at once; the account itself is kept for six months in case you change your mind, as the privacy page explains.

Refunds. You can ask for a refund of any charge within one month of it being made: write to hello@futurizenow.co from the email on your account. After a month, charges are not refunded, except where the law gives you that right. Separately, if something you asked for fails on our side, what it used is given back automatically, without asking: an allowance use comes back as an allowance use, and credits come back as top-up credits, so a renewal can never swallow them.

If we change a price, we tell you inside CareerSI before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.

Together and Help each other

Circles and help between members only work when people are kind and straight with each other. When you take part:

• Be respectful. No harassment, abuse, discrimination or pressure.
• Keep what others share in your circle or a meeting to yourself. Do not copy it out, post it elsewhere, or use it against them.
• No selling, recruiting for pay, spam, or collecting people's details.
• Be honest about who you are and what you know. Advice from another member is their view, not ours, and we do not check it.
• Helpers on a paid plan may earn a small credit on their next bill for a meeting both sides mark done. It is a thank-you, not pay.

If a meeting goes wrong, report it from the request; it closes, the helper is paused, and a person here reads it. We may remove posts and close accounts that break these rules.

Fair use

Use CareerSI for your own job search and growth. Do not use it to scrape, spam, misrepresent yourself to employers, get round its limits, or harm other people. Where a plan says “no monthly limit”, that means ordinary personal use, not automated or bulk use. We may close accounts that break these terms, and we will tell you why.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep CareerSI running and right, but it is provided as it is and as available. We cannot promise it will always be up, free of mistakes, or that it will get you a job, an interview or an offer. Job listings, company research and events come from other sources and may be out of date.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a lost opportunity, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits any right the law says cannot be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, USA, and any dispute about them goes to the courts of Wyoming. If the law where you live gives you rights that an agreement cannot take away, such as bringing a claim in your own local courts, nothing here takes them away.
